I am beyond grateful and pleased with my results thanks to Dr. Aycock and her team. I was referred to the practice by a friend who had a procedure done over 10 years ago and is still happy. My situation was not easy to begin. I had complications and I went to a former doctor over 10 years ago who did not take the best care of me. When I walked into the office, I did not know that I had not one but two ruptured implants. What I appreciate about Dr. Aycock the most is she is very straightforward. She will tell you exactly what she thinks your results will be. Frankly, I am more pleased with my results than what she led on. I was a very complicated case. I would say she was more conservative in her thoughts with me. I trusted her and no matter what I knew my results would be better than what I had. I’m a little over four weeks into recovery and I could not be more pleased. If anything, I’ve already shared her name with three other people and I hope that they do choose to go with Dr. Aycock. Tracy and Kiana are incredible in her office. They are so welcoming and just a pleasure to work with. They make you feel incredibly comfortable and walk you through every step of the procedure. The thorough steps that Dr. Aycock takes ensure that you will have the results that you will be pleased with. She also does this to ensure your health and safety and I can’t appreciate that enough. I am so excited to feel comfortable in my own skin again. Thank you, Dr. Aycock and to Tracy and Kiana, I could not have chosen a better doctor and team.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aycock. She was kind, patient, attentive and made me feel really safe and secure on surgery day. I saw some reviews that said they didn’t like her bed side manner and I felt I had a different experience. I had a consultation where we discussed what I wanted and come the pre op, I had misremembered and thought we were doing something else. She took the time to go through everything again and we came up the best decision that I’m so so happy with. I never felt pressured to go a certain way and she really listened to what I wanted. I had my top surgery (FTM) with Dr. Aycock this March. Everyone on the team made the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Being my first surgery, I was a little anxious about it but Tracy, Kianna, and Dr. Aycock took the time to not only answer any questions I had, but give me a full run down of the process before, during, and after surgery. Any concerns or questions I had post-op, the team always had a quick response, and promptly got me in to the the doctor. Finding a surgeon for these kinds of procedures that also takes insurance can be tricky, but never did I feel like I was settling! I would absolutely recommend anyone to Dr. Aycock’s practice.

From day one, my experience with Dr. Aycock and her staff was incredible. I notified Kiana that I wanted to have my procedure relatively soon as I am moving in the next couple of months and wanted to make sure I had adequate time to heal. Within a day or two, my consultation was schedule. During my consultation, Dr. Aycock was straight forward and answered all of my questions practically before I could ask. After approval for surgery, I was able to be scheduled quickly for the procedure. Tracy and Kiana both were very speedy with paperwork and insurance questions which helped put me more at ease. While in recovery, I experienced an allergic reaction and Kiana was always sure to text and call to check in to make sure I was improving. Even though their office is small, this helps maintain the personal nature of surgery and creates a sense of ease and comfort through the entire process from consultation to post-op. Couldn't recommend these ladies any more. Thank you for such a great experience.

Dr. Aycock and her team were amazing to work with! Her team is so kind and outgoing. Every appointment went by like a breeze, all questions answered and very informative. Many insurances are accepted and operation scheduling is super easy! Unlike many other surgeons who have a long wait list spanning months to years, I was able to have my operation scheduled and done quickly! The new office is located in a wonderful area (Rose Medical Center) with free valet parking, a parking garage and off-street spots. Overall, I truly am happy that I picked Dr. Aycock to be the surgeon for my top surgery. I'm almost two months post-operation and now live each day to the fullest, my dysphoria/insecurities about my chest no longer plaguing me each day.

I am one week post-op from top surgery, and I cannot contain the about of euphoria that I feel when I look into the mirror, so I hope that this post does my appreciation justice. Let me start by saying that Dr. Aycock and her team of specialist are the right mix of professional and personal. Kiana and Tracy take their time getting to know you and allow you to feel yourself from the minute you start your paperwork on the first day. They help you through every step, and are easy to reach. As a trans-man, this world is not so kind and welcoming, and they both made me feel like I was there to confirm how I considered my body to be. I had done some research for a few weeks before I selected a surgeon. I wanted to make sure that my surgeon had experience with the top surgery technique, accepted insurance, and understood why top surgery was in alignment with who I am. Dr. Aycock listened carefully to how I saw my true body, and she constructed it as if she had a picture into my mind. I look at myself now, and everything about my chest is exactly how we discussed. The surgical center made me feel welcomed as well. Sometimes your surgeon is great, and the facility is rather day to day medical, but not with this team. It seems like Dr. Aycock has a wonderful relationship with the surgical facility staff, and her nurse and anesthesiologist were amazing. You can tell that Dr. Aycock has surrounded herself with the best-and that says a lot about the humanity of a doctor. I am so excited about my journey forward with my perfect chest. I just text a friend after my appointment that my chest is now my favorite body part, and let me tell you, my chest has always been the part of me that has caused huge amounts of dysphoria and discomfort. To all my trans family out there considering top surgery, go with Dr. Aycock. 100% compassion, 100% professionalism, 100% gender euphoria.

Dr. Joyce Aycock is a highly skilled surgeon. My daughter and I had breast cancer with double mastectomies and reconstruction. Dr. Aycock was my daughter’s surgeon for her reconstruction and the outcome is so close to perfect it almost impossible to tell she had a double mastectomy. Dr. Aycock replaced my 20-year-old implants from my reconstruction, and I am very happy with the outcome. She does beautiful work. Through the entire process, I was given the best service and care. Tracy took care of all my appointments and planted them on my calendar. I never even got to sit in the waiting room! Tracy escorted me directly into the exam room. Then within seconds, Kiana was taking care of all the nursing immediately followed by Dr. Aycock. There was no wasting of my time which I greatly appreciated. The way the office operates, and the way medical care is given is highly professional, but the team is also kind, caring, and fun. I was seen, heard, and understood as a person. Dr Joyce Aycock and her staff were an absolute joy to work with for my gender affirmation procedure. I recently came in for a small revision for a top surgery procedure I had in the Spring of 2021 and each visit was quick, easy, and immensely informative. Tracey and the rest of the staff were always so welcoming and kind, so I always felt comfortable walking into the office. Dr Aycock truly did a fantastic job for the first procedure, so there were only slight aesthetic fixes I wanted to revise. She continued to mention results may not be perfect but she really did get as close to perfect as she could have. I was at a higher risk for complications and have experienced none. My surgery was outpatient, it went smoothly, and I am very happy with post op results. Throughout the process Dr. Aycock demonstrated deep care and interest in my needs. Dr. Aycock is a Top Notch Surgeon. I recently finished treatment for breast cancer. Dr. Aycock was my plastic surgeon and did my reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Aycock and her office manager Tracy. Dr. Aycock did an exceptional job with my reconstruction. She is very easy to talk to and was always willing to listen to and address any concerns. She is patient and kind and an extremely skilled surgeon. I was very pleased with the entire process with her from start to finish and am very happy with my new breasts. Tracy has also been extremely helpful with some billing issues and is always very prompt in getting back to me. This is a wonderful and enjoyable practice to visit. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Aycock again and would highly recommend her to anyone needing plastic or reconstructive surgery.

I had a large diastasis from my third pregnancy and significant amounts of extra skin. Dr. Aycock came highly recommended to me from medical colleague of mine. She took the time to answer all my questions and even recommended I wait on the surgery until my son was old enough to not need as much help. Dr. Aycock is wonderful. I initially met her when she performed my DIEP breast reconstruction after my double mastectomy. The results were excellent and the recovery was much easier than I had anticipated. When she opened her new practice in Cherry Creek I couldn't wait to see her for my cosmetic needs. I was nervous going in and she took the time to talk to me about my options. She was very supportive, professional and understanding. I chose to have the Facetite procedure and the Fractora microneedling. My skin has never looked better and I finally have the jawline I have always wanted. The process was fast, in and out within 3 hours. I love the results. Especially after someone mistook me for 10 years younger last week! I highly recommend Dr. Aycock and her practice.

I had a wonderful experience with breast reconstruction. Background: I unfortunately had implants that were ‘approriately suited’ to my size from another ‘reputable’ male surgeon in cherry creek who has his ‘own facility’. I’m 5’5, 120 pounds and looked like I was going to tip over with massive scars and nipples to match. This experience was my one and only cosmetic procedure and Dr J turned out to be an amazing resource for breast reconstruction to repair the bad choice/outcome. She removed the implants and sized my breasts truly to my size and desire AU NATURAL and reduced my nipples to also match. She was knowledgeable and tactful in her approach and explained each step as I was critical due to the previous experience I had. Her availability to discuss my needs during post care was spot on and attentive. The much harder option for me was reconstruction, but it was the right choice for me and I’m so glad that option was available through the skills and care of Dr J. I am filled with gratitude for her knowledge, empathy and care. She has truly helped me be fully me organically and beautifully.

I was referred to Dr Aycock by my OBGYN for a consult in finalizing my double mastectomy process. My OBGYN actually said it's who she referred her own personal best friend when she needed to get a mastectomy herself. This in itself speaks volumes. Regarding my own experience, my visit with Dr. Aycock was excellent. Her demeanor is extremely warm and thoughtful. She took her time in considering my options, talking through all the possible physical affects and aesthetic results, risks and benefits, and the overall long term pros/cons. There's not question she is highly experienced. Her ideas were creative and seemed to be the best options with the least amount of scaring. I recommend her highly.

Dr aycock performed male reconstructive chest surgery on me in July 2015. I can not put into words how great of a job she did. Other people have said her bedside manner isn't that great, and for the initial appointment when I met her and discussed what she could do, I agreed. However by the time surgery came around I'd have to say she was pretty amazing. She assured me about everything, made me feel comfortable and the nursing staff was fantastic. They made my wife feel welcomed and kept her updated until she could see me. My results turned out amazing! I didn't expect perfection, but I don't think she could've gotten any closer to it! Completely satisfied with my results!
